Public reference sources may be used to identify or contextualize works; their inclusion does not assign or transfer copyright. Rights holders may contact House of Eight regarding attribution, permissions, or removal.

5. Inquiries and submissions

Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory, appraisal, confidential, or other professional relationship. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information until House of Eight has confirmed an engagement and appropriate terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Eight disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
